I like the visual delicacy/sense of refinement in bird, berries and the photo as a whole.
Paul--Such an eloquent, refined, and gentlemanly comment!--Perhaps a reflection on the formal attire this bird is wearing?
Looks downright cold to me!!
Hi Firebird! Sweet photo -- the red berries glow and the beautiful chickadee looks happy to have a snack!:)
I think they are called coaltits in this country and are delightful birds.
Mandy--that's interesting about the name...I'm sure they got to be called chickadees because that's what they say! Perhaps the "coal" is their black-topped heads?
