You think that's silly you should see them when they're drunk.

pat--you see the most unusual things!

gracie--now that you mention it, they could fly if they wanted...guess they didn't mind jumping...

lambie--looks like you're having a good time jumping!

Ted is very astute here. On the other hand, it could be global warming - nice day for a walk, etc., foiling the normal migratory routes.

well as an owner of two hens...i can tell you they often do a fly-run hybrid move rather than just fly!! and when they do fly they land real abrupt...like a jet on an air craft carrier.

another great photo firebird.

i saw your face on my page and was happy to see you! thanks for stopping by.

i have returned, as per your request, the muse Ganesha and all of your christmas CD's.

thank you firebird.

K9--I am envious of you keeping fowl--one of my future hopes should I ever be in the right place--They are so helpful-- they give you eggs, and eat the bad bugs off your garden...

Thank you so much for replacing the missing artwork--you have made my day! Every painting of yours is a treasure...

As long as you leave your mark here, I can deal with not seeing you in your yard...

Perci cheri--Only by their silliness did I assume they were male...
I know no other way with swans...
