Lorraine--Thanks, I guess they are symbols of Summer leisure--so far from my imagination now! Now that I think of it I wonder where these boats stay in the Winter?

Devika--Yes, it does look like a "watercolour"--you are so clever!

Polona--I think we can use some Summer thoughts right now! Thank you for your comment--

Anca--They do look ready to start--I would love to see them with people in them, too...
Thanks for coming here -- please visit again!

I myself never knew my dear..that I was clever...

We have a drama 'You made me a Communist'

I feel, the world had a role in making me so 'clever'..nothing but thanks for it :-))

My father used to say, if cleverness doesn't take off your ability to love...its a good thing :)

wishes,
devika

In looking at this photo, I'm startled at how precariously the railing is leaned toward the water. Only a matter of time before the weight of so much adventurous entertainment outweighs the structure holding it up... that's the communication I get out of this artistic photo.

Tim-- I prefer to think that the railing is leaning in order to give the most harmonious and pleasing angles to the composition.
Or you may be right, I must go back there to see what has befallen...

:) It's probably fine, I just tend to worry. Oh, and the photo is pretty.

Tim-- and you have eyes like a hawk, right?
With aesthetic discernment, of course...

Devika--you're too modest...but I like what your father said!

(...Communist?--hm...could open a whole new discussion--)

Yeah, my father was seldom wrong..but I used to argue with him on every little thing he would say...

like a juniour lawyer vying with a senior...to see who won :))

I was kind of his pet..who would give him more nuisance than happiness...

Only when I came to Delhi...far from him, I realised what he meant to me...Then it was all about obedience :)

"Communist?--hm...could open a whole new discussion"

want to fight with me??
No, you would only join my side -- i feel...I am a liberal communist :)

love,
devika

Devika--I only said that because I am a "liberal communist" myself--I like that term--did you come up with that yourself?

Seems like I can't keep in line with your publishing so I could manage to look at this picture in length only now. And I love it!

Particularly because my display (laptop, this naughty machine!) isn't apt do display it at once so that I have to scroll around and around - but that really is a lot of fun to me! Especially when diving down into the water where in I would like to jump to immediately. I exactly do meet Devika's comment!

Thank you for showing this picture,
Susanne

Susanne--I am happy that you came back to look--it sounds like a lot of work to scroll around and around for the complete picture--like putting a puzzle together!

I think we are all wishing for warm weather to go swimming!
